Certain sales tax information is made confidential by Texas Tax Code, Sections 321.3022, 322.2022 or 323.2022. Unauthorized distribution of confidential information is punishable by 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine as defined in Texas Government Code Section 552.352. User acknowledges user has authorization to access this portal to generate and/or download reports which may contain confidential sales tax information. User acknowledges and accepts the confidentiality obligations of the services agreement between user and HdL Companies. By generating a report containing confidential sales tax information user assumes all responsibility and liability for user's unauthorized disclosure of confidential information and agrees to hold HdL Companies harmless for user's failure to maintain the information confidential.
